David Thomas is a Partner at Honigman LLP in Detroit, where his practice focuses on strategic counseling and guidance in intellectual property law. In addition to litigating complex patent matters in key jurisdictions across the country, including the District of Delaware, the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. David counsels clients on domestic and international patent strategies and prosecutes patents in the mechanical, electrical, and software arts.
