ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Justin Turk’s journey in construction and technology is rooted in family legacy and fueled by a mission to transform the industry. Growing up watching his father and grandfather build one of Michigan’s largest minority-owned paving companies, he witnessed firsthand the challenges small contractors face despite their expertise—an experience that inspired his drive to create solutions. With a background in Computer Science, Business Systems Operations, and Construction Engineering, Justin spent over a decade at Blaze Contracting contributing to major infrastructure projects, where he recognized the financial and operational gaps holding contractors back. This led him to co-found Livegistics, a company that digitized outdated processes and empowered construction and waste businesses with real-time data to improve efficiency, cash flow, and profitability. Today, Justin continues his mission as an innovator, mentor, and thought leader, working to help trade contractors and entrepreneurs build sustainable, scalable businesses by challenging industry norms and unlocking new opportunities.
